Introducing New Menu at AnnaMaya
AnnaMaya, our European Food Hall at Andaz Delhi has been inspiring guests to “Eat Mindful. Shop Artisanal. Raise Awareness” since its inception in 2016. Annamaya has always been the forerunner in celebrating Artisans and seasonal sourcing of local ingredients. The menu at AnnaMaya changes according to the seasonal produce and to understand the different types of produce our team of Chefs at AnnaMaya spent a day with the farmers at Tijara Farm (one of our artisan partners since opening), so that they can go beyond the farm to table philosophy and create a seasonal menu that celebrates the farmers and their food.
